Nice visualization feature of the Prolog Development Tool in Eclipse. This is what my thesis software looks like when I look at main.pl:

The main challenge for getting this thing running is to switch from ECLiPSe Prolog (not to be confused with the Java based IDE, which came later) to SWI Prolog.
